·      The level control is not perfectly regulated : re-set by means of the regulation shaft.

·      The floater ball of the level control (tav. 07 - ref. 6)  is damaged or weighed down by calcium deposits: clean or replace.

7.2       THE ELEMENTS ARE ACTIVATED BUT THE BOILER DOES NOT REACH                    PRESSURE LEVEL

·      The heating elements  (tav. 07 - ref. 12) are cut out and no power is getting through : replace.

·      The  elements circuit is cutout: check the circuit and re-connect..

7.3       THE ELEMENTS ARE NOT ACTIVATED

·      The thermal relay switch coil (tav. 10 - ref. 11) is burnt out: replace.

·      The level control (tav. 07- ref. 11) is faulty: replace the entire component  or the microswitch which activates the element.

·      The electric circuit of the element is cutout : check the circuit  and re-connect.

7.4       THE PRESSURE IN THE BOILER REACHES TOO HIGH OR TOO LOW VALUES

·      The pressure switch (tav. 07 - ref. 1) is not correctly regulated:  regulate correctly by screwing/unscrewing the regulation screw to increase/decrease pressure.

·      The pressure switch  is faulty : replace.

7.5       THE SAFETY VALVE OPENS

·      Pressure switch ( tav. 07 - ref. 1) set at too high values: lower the set pressure,  see 7.4

·      Pressure switch  faulty: replace.

7.6       THE PUMP DOES NOT START

·      The level control (tav. 07 - ref. 11) is faulty: replace the entire component or the microswitch  (tav. 07 - ref. 10) which activates the pump.

·      The electric circuit of the pump is cutout: check and re-connect

·      The electric winding of the pump is cutout : if possible re-connect or re-wind .

·      The pump is blocked :  unblock by using a screwdriver on the rear  of the motor  on the cooling fan side.

7.7       THE PUMP TURNS BUT NO WATER GOES INTO THE BOILER

·      The  water solenoid valve (tav. 07 - ref. 16) or only the coil  (tav. 12 - ref. 3) is faulty : replace the damaged part.

·      There is air in the pump fan housing : partially unscrew the cap positioned near the water outlet pipe, let out all the air and screw up again.

·      The check valve (tav. 07 - ref. 15) is blocked: some light taps on the valve can re-establish functioning,  if this is not sufficient dismantle and clean.

7.8       THE IRON DOES NOT HEAT UP

·      The element (tav.08-ref.18) is burnt out - replace

·      The thermostat (tav.08 - ref 14) is faulty : replace

·      The feed socket (tav. 08 - ref. 29) is faulty : replace

·      The electric circuit is cut out : check and re-connect.

7.9       THE IRON OVERHEATS

The thermostat ( tav. 08- ref. 14) is set at a too high temperature : lower the temperature by    turning the regulating knob in the anti-clockwise direction. (tav. 08 - ref. 8)

The thermostat is faulty : replace.

7.10     THE IRON EMITS VERY HUMID STEAM

The water level in the boiler is too high : empty the boiler nd proceed to start up again. If the   fault persists, act according to point 7.1.

The iron is not heating up sufficiently: act according to poinnt 7.8.

7.11     THE IRON DOES NOT EMIT STEAM

The steam solenoid valve (tav. 07-ref.3) or only the coil (tav.09 - ref. 3) is faulty : replace the defective part.

The iron microswitch ( tav.08- ref. 1) is faulty : replace.

7.12     THE IRON EMITS OVERHEATED STEAM

Too high temperature : turn the knob (tav.08 - ref. 8) slightly in the anti-clockwise direction.

7.13     THE VACUUM DOES NOT START

·      The built-in vacuum motor is burnt-out ( tav. 06- ref. 11) : replace or re-wind
