Special machine for the treatment of jeans, in the construction of which AISI 304 stainless steel is widely used. All the components which come into contact with water are made of stainless steel. The thick- ness of the drum is 5 mm., the base is 10 mm. The door - Ø 900 mm. - is made entirely of stainless steel.
The machine functions with a PLC programmer, therefore it can carry out pre-established cycles fully automatically and alternatively if necessary, all the phases can be carried out manually. - Water inlet is controlled by an electronic litre-counter, with three different water levels which can be programmed and appear on the display. - Temperature is electronically controlled on three different values which appear on the display. - Unloading of washed garments takes place automatically by the tilting of the drum, by means of a hydraulic piston. - Auxiliary circuits of the machine are all at low voltage 24 V.
The working phase, the temperature and the exact amount of water are constantly indicated in real time on the electric panel.
The transmission group equipped with self-braking motor and reverse.
The control and safety devices used were supplied by leading world famous companies.
2nd. door (on request) - extremely practical for checking progress during the working cycle and for taking a sample, if required.
